Khristianne and Glen’s spring wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall was relaxed, modern, and centred entirely around being together. They met me before the ceremony and walked there side by side, keeping things calm and unforced from the very start. After their legal ceremony, they wandered through London with their guests, shared champagne in the park, and finished the day with afternoon tea at Claridge’s.
With a white bridal suit, hot pink Jimmy Choo shoes, and a guest list made up of their closest friends and family, the day felt quietly confident and completely true to them. This is a spring wedding that proves you do not need a packed schedule or a traditional format to create something meaningful. If you are planning your own wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall and want photography that feels natural and unobtrusive, you can get in touch here.
“Thank you so much for our gorgeous photos! They are absolutely perfect and completely capture how we felt on the day!”
A relaxed legal ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall
The ceremony itself was intimate and simple, shared with their closest friends and family. Old Marylebone Town Hall is perfect for this kind of wedding. Elegant without being imposing, central without feeling chaotic.
Portraits that feel like you, not a performance
I keep portraits simple. I’ll guide you into good light and make small adjustments if something feels off, but I’m not there to choreograph you. I want you to look like yourselves, not like you’re trying to recreate someone else’s wedding photos.
Khristianne had already told me how excited she was about her shoes, so they were never going to be an afterthought. White bridal suit, hot pink Jimmy Choo heels. It all worked because it felt like her. We made sure they had their moment, but nothing was forced.
We didn’t disappear for half an hour. A few portraits inside the town hall. A couple on the steps outside. That was all they wanted. Khristianne and Glen were clear from the start that they wanted to spend their time with their guests, not standing somewhere being directed.
Walking through London with their favourite people
After the ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall, we walked through London with their guests on the way to a small park to open some champagne and toast the newlyweds before the next part of the day. It was a small group, so everyone stayed together, chatting and laughing, I'm sure it will be a core memory from their day.
Afternoon tea at Claridge’s
I rounded off my time with them at Claridge’s for afternoon tea. Khristianne and Glen had booked the Foyer Private Dining Room for their guests, which meant they had space to settle in properly once they arrived. The cake was another detail Khristianne had been looking forward to, so before I left, we made sure to photograph them cutting it. I left them sitting together, tea and champagne on the table, talking with their friends and family. A simple, well planned London town hall wedding that suited them completely.
If you are planning a London town hall wedding and this feels like your kind of day, I would love to hear from you.
