A Beautiful Spring Wedding at Kimbridge Barn


There’s something truly magical about a spring wedding—the soft golden light, the fresh countryside air, and the joy of loved ones gathering to celebrate. Lucy & Kieran’s May wedding was just that—happy, fun, and relaxed, exactly as they had envisioned. It was such a pleasure to capture their day, filled with love, laughter, and beautiful, heartfelt moments.

A joyful Church ceremony & a confetti-filled exit


Lucy started her morning getting ready at home with her bridesmaids, surrounded by excitement and anticipation. She looked absolutely radiant in her dress from Brides of Southampton, a vision of elegance and grace. Once ready, she made her way to St Mark’s Church in Ampfield, where Kieran was waiting with their family and friends. The ceremony was a beautiful and intimate reflection of their love story, filled with warmth and heartfelt vows.

As they stepped out of the church as newlyweds, they were met with an incredible confetti moment—one of my favourite parts of the day! The sheer joy on their faces, surrounded by their cheering guests, was an unforgettable sight and such a wonderful start to their celebrations.

A relaxed reception at Kimbridge Barn


After the ceremony, we made our way to Kimbridge Barn, nestled in the Hampshire countryside. It’s easy to see why Lucy & Kieran fell in love with this venue. Guests enjoyed the cosy boot room, chatted around the fire pits in the courtyard, and sipped drinks at the outdoor bar under the spring sunshine. It was a truly relaxed and welcoming space, perfect for the fun and laid-back atmosphere they wanted for their day.

As the afternoon unfolded, speeches filled the barn with laughter and a few happy tears. It was so special to capture these moments—the genuine emotions, the glances shared, the way their loved ones lit up while talking about them. These are the details that make a wedding day unique and meaningful.

Golden hour magic & a dancefloor to remember


One of the highlights of the day was slipping away for some golden hour portraits. The soft, warm light was perfect as Lucy & Kieran took a quiet moment together, soaking in the magic of their day. Their connection was effortless and natural—just two people completely at ease with each other, wrapped up in the love and joy of the moment.

As the evening settled in, it was time for the party! The barn came alive as the dancefloor filled with energy, laughter, and some brilliant dance moves. There’s nothing quite like capturing the joy of a couple dancing the night away with their favourite people around them—it’s these moments of pure celebration that bring a wedding story to life.
